Education

In 2009 he graduated from the Moscow New Law Institute with a degree in jurisprudence, in 2012 - the Tatar State Institute for Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel

Career

2008-2013

In 2008-2012, he worked as a legal adviser at the Choice Center for Legal and Information Assistance to Youth (Moscow).

In 2012-2013 - Deputy Director of the multifunctional youth cultural, business and social center "Sevastopol" in the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

2014-2020

In 2014-2016 - Deputy Director of the Center for the Development and Support of the Mosvolonter Volunteer Movement.

In 2016-2017 - Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Institution "City Center for Professional and Career Development."

From 2017 to 2020, he headed the regional headquarters of the Moscow branch of the All-Russian public organization Young Guard of United Russia.

He was deputy chairman of the Youth Chamber at the Moscow City Duma.

In February 2020, he headed the regional public reception of the chairman of the United Russia party.

In April 2020, he was appointed Director of the Department of State Youth Policy and Social Projects in the Field of Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. He served as executive secretary of the council of the ministry for the implementation of state youth policy.

2024: Appointment as Head of Rosmolodezh

In mid-August 2024, it was announced the appointment of Denis Ashirov as the new head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). He replaced Ksenia Razuvaeva, who, according to the press service of the agency, resigned of her own free will.

Razuvaeva herself said that the decision to dismiss was not easy for her. According to her, to be together with the Motherland, work for the benefit of its people and support people during the special operation - there was, is and will be a civic duty of the Rosmolodezh team.[1]
