Mosgiprotrans automated internal processes using ITSM 365

2024: Implementation of ITSM 365

One of the oldest design institutes in Russia, Mosgiprotrans, organized internal work using the ITSM 365 system. Prior to that, the old solution did not meet the growing needs of the company. To go further, we chose a new service desk. This was announced on August 15, 2024 by representatives of the ITSM 365 development company.

The company began the implementation with internal support for IT and AP departments. Employees accepted applications by mail and quickly mastered, then the company decided to expand functionality: applications began to come from users' own personal accounts.

Mosgiprotrans did not stop there. The company automated the automation and release department to support computer-aided design (CAD) systems and the organization of large-format printing, followed by AXO and other divisions.

Based on the results of the project within the new system, the company organizes complex processes and projects for updating and maintaining internal systems. Inside the project plan, the team sets up stages, tasks, related IT assets, approvals. Progress is monitored using a Gantt chart.

Implementation experience has shown that with ITSM 365, almost all processes can be automated, even those that remain outside the IT framework. The plans are to organize work on conducting research in the engineering and geological laboratory.
