The main purpose of the contract is to ensure the efficient workflow of users of the information systems of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as support for automated systems for managing, processing and storing data. As part of the contract, the contractor is obliged to perform maintenance of equipment, including server systems, data storage systems (DSS), video surveillance and automated workstations (AWS).

The list of obligations also includes accounting, preventive maintenance, testing and updating of software, monitoring the health of systems and restoring their functioning in case of failures. In addition, Rhit will provide consulting services and operational information support to users of information systems.

The contract provides for the administration of information systems, including software installation and configuration, data backup, license status control and user connection. Integration services such as system interoperability verification and integration module monitoring are also the responsibility of the contractor.^[1]
