Roshim bought Metafrax Chemicals

In October 2024, it became known that Roskhim JSC acquired 96.9% of the shares of Metafrax Chemicals JSC, one of the largest producers of methanol and formalin in Russia, for ₽14,7 billion. The deal took place as part of an auction organized by the Federal Property Management Agency to sell a state stake in the enterprise, which became state-owned in 2023. Read more here.

Roshim bought Dalnegorsk mining and processing plant for ₽2,2 billion

JSC Roskhim acquired the Dalnegorsk Mining and Processing Plant (GOK) and related companies for ₽2,233 billion. This became known on October 10, 2024. The deal took place as part of a closed auction organized by the Federal Property Management Agency for the sale of four federally owned companies associated with the only producer of boron products in Russia from its own mineral raw materials. Roskhim bought a 100% stake in Volzhsky orgsintez for ₽21 billion

The history of the transition of Volzhsky Orgsintez to state ownership began in August 2023, when Volgograd region Russia State Offices of Public Prosecutor the Arbitration Court satisfied the claim to claim 100% of the company's shares from the former owner Alexander Sobolevsky. Roshim bought LLC Cargo

JSC "Roskhim," which controls a number of large enterprises of the chemical industry, acquired LLC "Cargo," which manages the Berezniki chemical plant "Soda-Khlorat" in the Kama region. Purchase of Kuchuksulfat plant

The Kuchuksulfat plant, which previously belonged to the state, was bought by the Roshim company for 10.3 billion rubles. The results of the corresponding auction on the site torgi.gov.ru summed up at the end of October 2023. Read more here.

Company name change to Roshim

The company "Russian Hydrogen," which controls a number of chemical enterprises in the Russian Federation, in mid-August 2023 announced the change of name to JSC "Roskhim." The company notes that the decision was made "in accordance with the order of the Russian government." As representatives of Roshima explain, the new name of the company "most closely corresponds to the company's business model, emphasizes the unity of the holding's strategic goals with national interests in the chemical industry."
