History
2025: Transition under the management of Roshima
As it became known at the end of January 2025, the Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant, under construction in Primorye and intended for the production of methanol and urea, comes under the control of the Roshima holding. This step will allow the latter to control 41% of the country's methanol production capacity. According to InfoTEK, this decision is related to the optimization of asset management and corporate processes, since the plant and Roshima have the same beneficiaries.
