2025: Roshim bought Promazot
At the end of September 2025, it became known that the Moscow management company Roskhim became the sole owner of the Voronezh fertilizer producer Promazot. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to the Kommersant newspaper, Promazot was registered in August 2022 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles to provide other financial services, except for insurance and pension services not included in other groups. Initially, the owner of Promazot was the capital JSC Ruskhimprom. But from September 5 to September 25, 2025, Promazot belonged to the Moscow Yantar LLC (100% of the closed Duate mutual investment fund, managed by Alexei Sorokin's Financial Partner Management Company), which advises on commercial activities and management.
In May 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order allowing Promazot to acquire the Voronezh company Minudobreniya, which is one of the largest chemical enterprises in Russia. This is the only producer of mineral fertilizers in the Central Chernozem region: its products are supplied to more than 40 countries of the world. It was said that the deal to buy shares of Minudobrenii by Promazot is part of the company's deoffshorization process.
In December 2024, Minudobrenia came under the management of the Moscow JSC Roskhim (100% of the closed unit investment fund Quinta, which is managed by Alexei Sorokin's Financial Partner Management Company). The Roshima website says that the company accumulates a number of chemical production facilities under its auspices according to the cluster principle. The priority of the activity is the technological development of advanced industries to strengthen the Russian chemical industry on the world stage.[1]
