2014: The parent structure of the bank comes under the control of Onexim. The bank remains with Nogotkov

On November 12, 2014, the Onexim group of Mikhail Prokhorov and the non-state pension fund Blagosostoyanie received 90% of the Svyaznoy group of companies (GC ). On November 10, one of the companies included in the Onexim group sent a notice of default on the debt to the main owner of the Group of Companies Maxim Nogotkov, the pledge of which is a controlling stake in the holding company of the group. 2013: Failed association with Renaissance Credit Bank

In 2013, it was reported that Svyaznoy Bank and Onexim Group would combine assets. 2010: Promtorgbank renamed Svyaznoy Bank
