Sitronics Group will implement a domestic ERP system for Natura Siberica

Sitronics Group has begun to implement the first stage of work on the implementation of an ERP system for the domestic manufacturer of natural and organic cosmetics Natura Siberica. The software package will combine the customer's production sites, distribution center and central office engaged in sales and management. Sitronics announced this on August 22, 2024.

The task of Sitronics Group is to create a single automated control system to ensure end-to-end automation of business processes at all levels of Natura Siberica management.

The IT company team has started implementing the 1C: ERP system. The management of the holding, which is to modernize and combine information systems, implement end-to-end traceability of material flows, detail accounting for integration with the Honest Sign GIS, which will be required in the near future, as well as increase the overall level of automation in the perimeter of enterprises and customer assets.

The project will be implemented in three stages.

Within the framework of the first, a solid foundation for the target system architecture is being created. The main business processes of the customer will be automated - regulatory reference information management, procurement activities, sales management, end-to-end calculation of the cost of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, production. In addition, the architecture of the first stage provides for the introduction of typical functionality in the Treasury module, as well as the creation of integrations with the necessary third-party systems.

The focus of the second is the automation of the most important and highly loaded customer processes: operational planning, pricing, quality control, as well as the development of the functionality of the first stage.

The key result of the third stage will be the implementation of traceability not only of material, but also of financial flows within the framework of a single system by transferring accounting and tax accounting to the target system, as well as the development of budgeting functionality and management reporting.
