2024: Plant Launch

In early August 2024, the first plant in Russia for the production of fulvats, natural plant growth stimulants, began work in the Guryevsky district of the Kaliningrad region. Kaliningrad Potassium LLC, located in the village of Ushakovo, specializes in processing peat into high-quality preparations for crops with a high content of fulv and humic acids.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kaliningrad Region, fulvates produced at the plant are natural growth stimulants that improve the quality of products and the root system of plants. Their use can increase yields by up to 50%, help reanimate plants during frosts, deoxidize the soil and improve the taste of agricultural products.

The first plant in Russia for the production of fulvats, which serve as natural stimulants of plant growth, was built

The production capacity of the plant is 200 tons of fertilizers per month and 2000 tons per year. This volume is enough to cultivate about 2 million hectares of agricultural land during the year. Considering that the sown area of the Kaliningrad region is just over 300 thousand hectares, the company plans to supply its products to other regions of Russia, as well as export to Moldova and Turkey.

The technology of fertilizer production in the new plant is based on German developments and is environmentally safe. During the production process, peat is separated into molecular components and concentrated. According to research by the Technological Institute in Dusseldorf, the concentration of useful substances - humins and fulvats - in the products of the Kaliningrad plant reaches 200-220 grams per liter, which is four times higher than that of other Russian manufacturers.
