Industrial and Metallurgical Holding (PMH) is a Russian vertically integrated metallurgical company specializing in the production of commercial iron and coke, the extraction and processing of coking coal and iron ore, foundry and powder metallurgy. The company employs more than 18 thousand people.

PMH is the world exporter of commercial iron and the largest supplier of commercial coke in the CIS. The Group's key production assets are located in the Kemerovo, Belgorod, Tula and Kaluga regions of the Russian Federation.

The Company develops and modernizes existing coal, coke-chemical and metallurgical enterprises, acquires and develops the assets of powder metallurgy and the iron foundry industry.

Under the management of Industrial and Metallurgical Holding Management Company, there are a number of metallurgical, coke and coal mining enterprises, the largest of which are Tulachermet OJSC, one of the leading enterprises in Russian ferrous metallurgy, and Cox OJSC, which is one of the main producers of metallurgical coke in Russia. In total, the holding unites 11 enterprises.
