In August 2024, it became known about the launch in Russia of a program for training foreign students in cybersecurity. Positive Technologies, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, organized a two-week practical cybersecurity course for foreign specialists called Positive Hack Camp.

Training of foreign cybersecurity students began in Russia

As part of the course, leading Russian experts shared practical expertise in the field of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure protection. Yulia Danchina, director of training for clients and partners of Positive Technologies, noted the growing request for practical expertise of the company from other countries.

In addition, Positive Technologies and the Indonesian Technical University SGU announced the start of a strategic partnership. The parties plan to jointly conduct educational programs to increase the number of highly qualified information security specialists in Indonesia.

According to the company, the launch of the Positive Hack Camp program demonstrates Russia's desire to develop international cooperation in the field of cybersecurity and strengthen the country's position as one of the world leaders in this area.[1]
