Damate continues to implement a long-term program for the digitalization of enterprises, designed for the next two years. The introduction of information technology will cover all enterprises of the group. The company estimates investments in the implementation of the program at more than 300 million rubles. The company announced this on August 27, 2024.

The Damate digitalization program is a system process that is implemented taking into account the specifics and needs of each of the business areas. The company implements production automation projects and warehouse management systems, develops sales planning functions. In addition, it is planned to automate the processes of the personnel management service, to implement an enterprise management system based on 1C ERP (enterprise resource planning system).

The implementation of the program will preserve and strengthen Damate's position as a market leader. With its help and by making the most effective decisions and improving the quality of planning, further growth in all areas will be ensured. The result of fundamental digital transformations in all areas of Damate's activities will be an increase in business transparency, a more prompt response to a change in demand and an improvement in the quality of the final product.

During the implementation of the digital business transformation program, Damate supports Russian IT solutions, giving priority to domestic developments and introducing Russian software. The digitalization program includes a series of IT projects, the purpose of which is to digitalize work processes, reduce production costs and ensure a further increase in production volumes. Continuing the company's transition to new digital technologies will support the growth of our company and promptly make the most effective decisions in business, "said Stanislav Varich, First Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of Damate.

As of August 2024, Damate is implementing 13 strategic projects in five regions, in which more than 340 IT specialists and experts of the company's business areas take part. The business goals of these initiatives are jointly determined, the implementation process evaluates the economic results and business effects achieved by the cross-functional team.

It is planned to launch an automated warehouse management system at a turkey production complex in the Rostov region, a 1C-based production automation system at a lamb processing plant in Cherkessk (KCR) and a turkey deep processing plant in the Penza region.
