2024: Commissioning of a second echo-free shielded camera
At the production site of the Barrier battery in Moscow, a second echo-free shielded chamber (BEC) was put into operation. BACK is used to conduct research of technical means through information leakage channels due to side electromagnetic radiation and aiming, information leakage through acoustic channels, as well as some methods of special research. The entry of the object meets Softline's strategy in terms of developing its own portfolio of services and products in the field of information security. This was announced on August 28, 2024 by representatives of Softline.
According to the company, Barrier JSCB has been developing information complexes throughout the Russian Federation since 2008. This company carries out activities in the field of production and shipment of protected computer equipment in the country, also conducts special inspections and special research, special inspections of premises. Barrier Battery is part of the Inferit Security direction of the Russian IT vendor Inferit, a manufacturer of computer and server equipment and an infrastructure software developer.
In Moscow, Barrier Battery launched an alternative measuring platform based on an echo-free shielded camera. It is a combination of an electromagnetic wave-shielded and simultaneously acoustically anechoic chamber. The ECU reduces the level of re-reflection of electromagnetic waves from the screen and other conductive elements, which allows testing in conditions that simulate open space. ECU shielding efficiency corresponds to Class 3. Mokh-P-250-TG radio-absorbing material was used to cladding the walls of the fuel and energy complex in conditions of direct or reflected normal incidence of directed radiation, i.e. in places of formation of the most intense reflections. Requirements for such (so-called "alternative") measuring sites contain GOST R 51320-99.
When conducting a special check, laboratory specialists carry out an instrumental assessment of the possibility of leakage of protected information through the following channels:
- side electromagnetic radiation;
- signals and guidance in power supply networks;
- grounding, other lines of technical communications.
The creation of a second echo-free shielded camera is a step towards optimizing the quality of our products and services. We strive to use modern tools and materials for special inspections and special research of technical means, and this camera allows us to achieve this. told Roman Parshin, General Director of Barrier JSCB LLC, Head of Protection of State Secrets Inferit Security |
