On August 29, 2024, RDV Automation announced the implementation of a project for Fersol to implement the BPMSoft CRM system.

Before the start of the project, the company worked with a foreign system Wizard and, Excel which did not allow full automation business processes and created dependence on the external. With provider the expiration, licenses working at Wizard became impossible, which emphasized the need to implement a different IT system.

In the fall of 2022, the management of Fersol decided to begin cooperation with RDV on the project of introducing the CRM system BPMSoft in order to develop internal business processes in terms of automation of work with leads, requests for personnel, contracts, improving sales efficiency, onboarding personnel, automating billing processes and calculating the cost of services.

The RDV expert team has proposed an integrated approach to automate the company's current business processes based on the BPMSoft CRM system.

During the project, RDV specialists:

  • Prepared a design solution;
  • Completed the settings and improvements of integration1С: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR Management using the standard solution "RDV: B2B Billing";
  • You have configured and modified the CRM system BPMSoft Sales and DOCS;
  • Trained key users of the system;
  • Provided methodological and consulting support to the system.

During the project, the following functional units were automated:

  • Customer base management, customer segmentation;
  • Lead management, lead conversion to sales and tenders;
  • Management of contracts and documents;
  • Placement management (projects):
  • Offboarding management;
  • Billing (issue of closing documents)
  • Integration with 1C: Accounting (customers, contracts, projects, items, invoices, acts, payments);
  • Integration with: and 1C Salary personnel management (projects, personnel documents and reference books);
  • Integration with E-staff (sending customers and contracts, loading approved candidates, placement).

The implementation of the BPMSoft CRM system has enabled Fersol to achieve the following results:

  • Build managed sales processes;
  • Receive complete information about clients in the CRM system;
  • Automate the work with contracts, tenders and commercial offers;
  • Implement a transparent process for coordinating all types of documents;
  • Automate the accounting of project revenues and expenses;
  • Automate onboarding processes;
  • Implement the offboarding process for employees from the company and the project;
  • Integrate CRM system with 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR Management and E-Staff by end-to-end processes;
  • Integrate CRM system with mail service and instant messengers.
