The service "Reporting to government agencies" from SberKorus has launched a social electronic document flow. It simplifies the work with electronic certificates of incapacity for work, notifications, requests and notifications that come to insurers from the EME. This was announced by Sberbank on September 5, 2024.

The company has released functionality that helps reduce the amount of manual work when transferring information about insured persons to the Social Fund of Russia (former FSS and PFR). Now, with the help of Social Electronic Document Management (EDO) in the Reporting to Government Agencies service from SberKorus, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can conduct electronic document management and respond to requests from the Social Fund of Russia (EMF) to provide missing information or documents for benefits, as well as receive information from the EMF about the employee's issued, closed or paid disability certificate.

The electronic sick leave is an entry in the Social Fund database, where the doctor enters the necessary information and signs with an electronic signature certificate. Then all information about the sick leave is transferred by EDO SberKorus to the employer and to the Employee's Personal Account on Public services. Thus, the employer gets the opportunity to easier and faster receive information about electronic sick leave immediately from the social service and in real time find out when the sick leave opens and closes.

In addition to exchanging electronic documents with the EME, users can form reports for the Federal Tax Service of Russia and Rosstat, conduct electronic document management with representatives of government services, draw up models of pension cases and much more. Reporting is carried out via secure channels, data is stored encrypted in the cloud. The report is delivered as soon as possible, and confirmation of the dispatch date with the operator's stamp can be obtained a few seconds after.

EDO is one of the important tools of compulsory social insurance, which is part of the state system of social protection of citizens of the Russian Federation. If earlier the insured waited for the sick leave number from the employee to issue an allowance in the EME, now, thanks to the EDR, everything can be done online, without waiting for the employee to leave the sick leave. The EDMS system is implemented precisely for speed, simplicity and reducing the number of errors when informing policyholders. SberKorus does not need to pay separately for EDD in the Reporting; in it you can quickly correct errors and use the archive; the service is available online at any time and place, and customers do not need to visit the EME often and control the status of document management with the department, - said Vitaly Tarasov, General Director of SberKorus.
