2024: rTIM Platform Application Agreement

The Sakhalin Oblast government, represented by the Ministry of Architecture and Urban Planning, has concluded a cooperation agreement with Rocket Group, the platform developer. The use of rTIM platform technologies will allow the island region to speed up master planning processes by more than 3 times. Rocket Group announced this on September 6, 2024.

The agreement implies the joint development of artificial intelligence technologies in the urban planning sphere. The joint work will be a logical continuation of the course of the island region to preserve the pace and quality of digital transformation and the implementation of national projects. The integration of generative platform technologies will expand the capabilities of the Sakhalin Oblast digital twin, which will be able to receive data in the form of parametric models of the development of future territories and their technical and economic indicators.

We always strive to use the most modern opportunities for digital transformation throughout the region management system, including the direction of master planning. For several years we have been using artificial intelligence technologies in various fields and are constantly looking for new approaches and effective solutions. Thanks to such mechanisms, the regional government is able to make decisions on the basis of data several times faster and more accurately. As of September 2024, all executive authorities of the Sakhalin Region have tasks for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in their work. Within the framework of the Archipelago, the Code of Ethics in the field of artificial intelligence was signed. All executive authorities of the Sakhalin Region and large construction companies signed it with the AI Alliance.
