Opening of the AI Bureau

Rocket Group on May 23, 2024 announced the opening of an AI bureau in which the development of concepts for the development of territories will be carried out in a dialogue between artificial intelligence and an architect. It will take up to 5 working days to prepare three options.

The new service will allow Rocket Group to reach players in the construction market who are already interested in urgently preparing concepts for one or more territories and do not want to wait for the release of the cloud version of the platform. The release of the version is planned in the second half of 2024.

Using the service, project bureaus will be able to choose the optimal planning concept in 1 week and immediately proceed to a detailed study of the project. Authorities and construction companies that need to assess the economic potential of the territory will receive an accurate forecast of the technical and economic indicators of the future project and, on average, will reduce the time before the start of construction by 6 months.

In the second half of 2023, the rTIM team faced high demand for the preparation of single concepts. More than 20 projects with a total area of more than 1500 hectares for developers, architectural bureaus and regions were modeled. The beginning of 2024 showed an increase in the need for such a service by an average of 15%. Therefore, it was decided to bring conceptual design into a separate direction and increase the volume of concepts created in 2024 by more than 3 times.

rTIM concepts consist of spatial parametric models containing technical and economic indicators. Data is uploaded in machine-readable formats so that specialists can further detail the project in the usual software. The ultra-fast concept creation and variability of the result will allow customers to quickly and efficiently decide on the final image of the project.
