The head of New Industrial Technologies LLC appealed to Scanport with a request to introduce shipping documentation and mobile software into the warehouse in order to:

• automate the accounting of the finished labeled products;
• Generate conduit lists and track their contents during shipment.

At the time of the appeal, the customer already used the 1C: Trade Management commodity accounting system.

To solve the tasks, Scanport suggested that the client introduce Mindeo data the M40 collection terminal  ON DataMobile and Online versions  with the Marking software module into the warehouse.

The shipping documentation operates on the "operating system" Android 11, is equipped with a keyboard unit and supports wireless communication Wi-Fi,,. Bluetooth 4G LTE 5,100 Accumulator  mAh makes it possible to work for 12 hours without recharging.

DataMobile Online software product - with the maximum set of functions. Automates inventory accounting, including collection of orders and shipment of finished goods. Connects to the 1C commodity system without drivers and supports online exchange with it. Thanks to the software module Marking, the software parses the Data Matrix codes, checks their uniqueness and correctness, allows you to work in accordance with the requirements of the Honest Sign system.

Scanport conducted a preliminary demonstration of the terminal and software for the shipping documentation. NPT rated the shipping documentation of the Mindeo M40 as the best option in terms of value for money and purchased 5 devices. 

To solve the tasks set by the customer, Scanport specialists performed the following works:

• The DataMobile Online software with the Marking module was installed on the shipping documentation.
• We connected a license for software by subscription (it can be transferred from one terminal to another).
• You have configured the software for client tasks.
• Executed integration software in the customer accounting program.
• NPT employees were trained to work with mobile equipment and software.

The implementation period was 2 weeks.

Automation of the customer's warehouse was fully justified. The collection of orders and the shipment of finished products is carried out quickly and without errors, the control of the remaining goods has been established.
