The architects of the design AI bureau, using the rTIM generative design platform, developed 3 scenarios for the development of the territory for ENCO in 5 days. This made it possible to more than 4 times reduce the time for making a decision on the launch of the project, the area of ​ ​ which is 145 hectares, which opens up new horizons for the rapid and effective development of land plots.

Rocket Group's rTIM AI Bureau has developed three scenarios for the development of the territory while testing three developer hypotheses regarding the expected release of sold space. Initial data on the required number of places in social facilities were given in advance, requirements for the types of places for storing vehicles, storeys, parameters of residential areas were stipulated.

During the generation process, it turned out that one of the desired scenarios could not be implemented taking into account regulatory requirements. Therefore, the artificial intelligence of the rTIM platform offered its own version, which was demonstrated to the customer and adopted.

The ENKO development company was able to quickly evaluate the scenarios, decide on investments and choose the most effective concept.
