2023: LUN-Invest Company has automated real estate management processes based on the 1C: Real Estate and Lease Management of KORP solution
The product "1C: Real Estate and Lease Management KORP," developed by Elias VC together with 1C, was chosen as the software platform. The product not only takes into account the industry specifics of the rental business, but also offers wide opportunities for managing the register of real estate objects, managing workplaces with the possibility of 3D visualization. The tasks of initial placement and inventory of movable property were carried out in conjunction with third-party software with integration between systems.
The automation project had to take into account the main features of the business processes for property management and lease management, including:
- rental of buildings and premises together with parking lots and parking lots, workplaces and equipment, which leads to the need to keep records of rental of both immovable and related movable property, detail the accounting objects to the workplace, have up-to-date information on furniture and equipment from tenants;
- the operation of buildings with unique architecture and the territories on which they are located, therefore, in order to effectively plan the placement of its own employees and tenants, it is necessary to be able to clearly present all the features of internal geometry;
- redevelopment of premises and relocation of workplaces for the own needs and requests of tenants, and for this it is necessary to always have at hand an up-to-date picture of the internal architecture and location of workplaces, and combining the work of various divisions of the Company: CSU, operation service, Lease department and Accounting department, respectively responsible for:
- location and inventory of movable property;
- up-to-date information for modeling buildings and premises in 3D, redevelopment, placement of workplaces, etc.;
- contractual relations, relationships with tenants and their accommodation;
- cash flows, posting generation, etc.
