In the second stage, it was necessary to "teach" the GPT broker to understand the client's request in natural language and remember the history of communication with him, analyze the text and extract key parameters from it - such as location, real estate type, maximum rent and others. Based on the extracted parameters, the system automatically generates a SQL query, accesses our database with real estate objects and returns with information about available offices.
