- The ASONIKA system is focused on the radio-electronic equipment engineer. For this purpose in subsystems of ASONIKA-M and ASONIKA-TM special interfaces are developed for input of standard constructions of the radio-electronic equipment (REA) – cabinets, blocks, printed board assemblies that considerably simplifies the analysis of physical processes in REA. If the user built model of mechanical processes of a difficult cabinet or the block in a normal konechnoelementny system, for example, ANSYS, to it would be necessary to undergo special training in the beginning and to accumulate experience that would take about about a year, and then within several hours to enter model. It is not necessary to undergo special training in the ASONIKA system, it is necessary just to enter in language available to the designer what is provided on the drawing.
The structure of an automated system of ASONIKA provides that in design process within CALS technologies based on the available management subsystem given when modeling ASONIKA-UM and using subsystems of modeling there is a formation of electronic model of a product. Using the special graphics editor the electric circuit which remains in the database of projects in a subsystem of ASONIKA-UM and is transferred in the form of the file to an analysis system of electric circuits of PSpice and to the system of placement and trace of PCAD printed circuit boards is entered. The output pcb-file of the PCAD system remains in ASONIKA-UM subsystem and also is transferred to systems AUTOCAD COMPASS, ProEngineer, SolidWorks for creation of drawings. Drawings also remain in a subsystem of ASONIKA-UM and are transferred from ASONIKA-UM subsystem to a subsystem of the analysis of mechanical processes in cabinets and blocks of the distribution zone of ASONIKA-M, in a subsystem of the analysis of thermal processes in cabinets and blocks of the distribution zone of ASONIKA-T.
Thus, the full complex analysis of a cabinet on thermal and mechanical influences up to each electroradio product (ERIE) (we receive accelerations and temperatures on each element) can be carried out within 1 day.
- ASONIKA-UM is specialized for the radio-electronic equipment and is an ASONIKA system component.
- The structure of the help database on the ERI parameters and parameters of materials of constructions of REA differs from the complete conditional records ERI existing existence, existence of models of the options of the ERI installation allowing to reduce considerably time for input geometrical physicomechanical, thermal, etc. ERI parameters, in a possibility of creation of new models of options of the ERI installation, presence of the necessary graphic parameters allowing to give realness to the image ERI in space, a possibility of creation of additional tables of the ERI parameters containing numeric, line, functional, logical, text and graphic data about ERI.
- A system is open as allows to include additional programs, for example Pro/ENGINEER, at the level of the user without involvement of programmers. In the territory of the Russian Federation this system of analogs has no and is developed for the first time. On foreign analogs information in open printing is absent.
- The ASONIKA system since 2000 undergoes approbation at the enterprises executing GOZ and 22 Central Research Institutes Mo RF which released in 2000 (an edition of 2003) RDV 319.01.05-94 on application of separate system modules of "ASONIKA" for the purpose of reliability augmentation of the projectible equipment and optimization of volumes of tests of REA are supported.
ASONIKA complex
Within the ASONIKA system the special software package which creates structure of the electronic (virtual) model developed by the distribution zone is implemented, fills this structure with results of work of problem subsystems of ASONIKA. Subsystems allow to model electric, thermal, mechanical and other physical processes and also to be integrated with the known systems of topological design of printed circuit boards and the known CAD systems. The software package manages process of display of results of model experiments on the geometrical model which is a part of the electronic model and also will transform the electronic model after its processing to a format of ISO 10303 STEP.
Structure of a complex
ASONIKA-T
The subsystem allows to perform modeling of stationary and non-stationary thermal processes in any constructions of radio-electronic means (distribution zone) using the automation equipment. These means allow to make in a short space of time synthesis of models of thermal processes on the basis of models of standard elements. The subsystem contains the database of materials of constructions which can be replenished. The subsystem has a clear user interface and is easy in mastering.
ASONIKA-M
The subsystem is intended for calculation of mechanical characteristics of standard constructions of blocks of the distribution zone at impact of harmonious and accidental vibrations, single and repeated blows, linear accelerations. The graphical interface of input-output of information allows to perform input of construction on the available assembly drawing and also to display results of calculation of mechanical characteristics of constructions. As a settlement core ANSYS 5.6 is used. The local database containing the physicomechanical parameters of structural materials necessary for calculation of mechanical characteristics is implemented.
ASONIKA-M-SHKAF
The subsystem is intended for calculation of mechanical characteristics of standard constructions of cabinets and racks of the distribution zone at impact of harmonious and accidental vibrations, single and repeated blows, linear accelerations. The graphical interface of input-output of information allows to perform input of construction on the available assembly drawing and also to display results of calculation of mechanical characteristics of constructions. As a settlement core ANSYS14 is used. The local database containing the physicomechanical parameters of structural materials necessary for calculation of mechanical characteristics is implemented.
ASONIKA-M-3D
The subsystem is intended for calculation of mechanical characteristics of any volume constructions of the distribution zone - cabinets, racks, blocks, etc. - at impact of harmonious and accidental vibrations, single and repeated blows, linear accelerations. The subsystem has the converter from a 3D model (IGES, SAT formats) created in ProEngineer, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor. As a settlement core ANSYS 14 is used. The local database containing the physicomechanical parameters of structural materials necessary for calculation of mechanical characteristics is implemented.
ASONIKA-ID
The subsystem is intended for identification of physicomechanical parameters of models of the distribution zone and first of all: elastic modulus of material, Poisson's coefficient of material; the coefficient of mechanical losses (CML) in starting point; coefficient of dependence of KMP on mechanical stress.
ASONIKA-V
The automated subsystem is intended for the analysis of mechanical characteristics of constructions of the cabinets, racks and blocks of the distribution zone set on vibroinsulators at impact of harmonious and accidental vibrations, single and repeated blows, linear accelerations, acoustic noises and for decision-making on the basis of the received mechanical characteristics for the purpose of ensuring firmness of the distribution zone at mechanical influences. The graphical interface of input-output of information allows to perform input of construction on the available assembly drawing and also to display results of calculation of mechanical characteristics of constructions. The local database containing the geometrical and physicomechanical parameters of vibroinsulators and structural materials necessary for calculation of mechanical characteristics is implemented.
ASONIKA-TM
The subsystem is intended for calculation of thermal and mechanical characteristics of the printed board assemblies (PBA), electroradio products (ERIE) - at impact of harmonious and accidental vibrations, single and repeated blows, linear accelerations, acoustic noises. The graphical interface of input-output of information allows to perform input of a printed board assembly on the available assembly drawing, including from the systems P-CAD, Mentor Graphics, Altium Designere, OrCAD and also to display results of calculation of thermal and mechanical characteristics of PU. The local database containing geometrical, heatphysical and the ERI physicomechanical parameters and structural materials, necessary for calculation of thermal and mechanical characteristics is implemented.
ASONIKA-R
The subsystem allows to perform automatic filling of cards of operating modes of ERI on the basis of the ERI list entered by the user and the database containing maximum-permissible parameter values of ERI according to specifications including in the form of graphic and analytical dependences. At the same time the ERI list is entered both manually, and automatically from files with lists. In the course of reading the ERI list check on their existence in the database is performed. In case of difference of the entry ERI in the list and the database there is an opportunity to appoint compliance for the purpose of the choice of necessary ERI from available in the database. Parameter values of ERI in the scheme are autocompleted based on modeling of electric, thermal and mechanical characteristics. As a result of application of a subsystem in design process of the distribution zone time spent for card issue of operating modes of ERI is reduced several times in comparison with traditional manual filling of cards of the modes at significant increase in reliability of the received results.
ASONIKA-B
The subsystem allows to analyze cabinets, blocks, printed board assemblies, ERI and to solve the following problems: 1) measure definition of non-failure operation of all of ERI; 2) justification of need and efficiency evaluation of reservation of the distribution zone. The subsystem supports: 1) passive reservation with invariable loading; 2) the active loaded reservation; 3) the active not loaded reservation; 4) the active facilitated reservation. As a result of modeling can be received: operational failure density, probabilities of trouble-free operation and average time of trouble-free operation of the distribution zone. Service providing a subsystem of ASONIKA-B includes: 1) the database with mathematical models for calculation of values of operational failure density of ERI and values of the coefficients entering models; 2) editor of the database. At the same time the ERI list is entered both manually, and automatically from files with lists. The subsystem allows to import thermal and electric characteristics of ERI from other subsystems of the ASONIKA system.
ASONIKA-UST
It is timed to a fatigue crack of printed circuit boards and electroradio products at impact of harmonious vibration, accidental vibration and repeated blows. Results of modeling contain own forms and frequencies of printed board assemblies and also movements, tension and accelerations in structural assemblies. As a settlement core ANSYS 14 is used. All ERI parameters and materials are read out from ASONIKA-BD. All parameters of a printed board assembly are converted from ASONIKA-TM subsystem. The subsystem has the user-friendly user graphical interface of input-output. The local database containing fatigue parameters of structural materials is implemented.
ASONIKA-EMS
The subsystem allows to solve the following problems: 1) Electric and magnetic water calculation of values of strength in three dimensions in standard and any body of the electronic block (import of files of models from CAD systems in the IGES and SAT formats) at influence of electromagnetic waves; 2) Electric and magnetic water calculation of a shielding efficiency with the body of standard and any block. As a settlement core ANSOFT HFSS is used. The subsystem has the user-friendly user graphical interface of input-output. The local database containing electromagnetic parameters of structural materials is implemented.
ASONIKA-BD
The Help Database (HD) of electroradio products (ERIE) and materials provides information: 1) by parameters of materials; 2) by the ERI parameters. Help Database of ERI consists of the main and additional tables. The main tables contain the following information: 1) parameters of materials of the printed board assemblies (PBA), load-carrying structures, outputs of ERI and varnishes (glues) applied at the ERI installation on the printed circuit board: mechanical, thermal, admissible, temperature dependences; 2) optical properties of materials of constructions of the distribution zone; 3) ERI parameters: classes and ERI groups; ERI types and specifications (S); complete conditional records ERI; the parameters entering complete conditional record and their possible values; ERI installation options on the printed circuit board; models of options of the ERI installation; geometrical, mechanical, thermal, electric, fatigue, nadezhnostny, admissible ERI parameters; images ERI on the plane and in space. Additional tables are created. Additional tables may contain numerical, line, logical, text, graphic and functional dependences the ERI parameters.
ASONIKA-UM
The subsystem allows to perform integration of a CAD, implemented at the enterprise - Pro/ENGINEER, P-CAD, ASONIKA, KOMPAS, AutoCAD, PSpice, etc. and to manage data transmission between subsystems when modeling in the course of design design of the distribution zone. The subsystem is joined to any PDM system used at the enterprise. During design the subsystem allows to create complex electronic model of the distribution zone within mathematical models of thermal, electric, aerodynamic, electromagnetic, mechanical processes and a mathematical model of reliability and quality of the distribution zone.
