2022: Migration to a domestic mail server

We switched to the domestic postal solution Tegu Professional.

For 3 months, the existing postal solution customer migrated to mail server Tegu Professional using additional degrees from protection viruses and with spam. Dr.Web Mail Security Suite The transition took place without interrupting the service for users. Employees retained work with old boxes and began transferring contacts and letters to new ones.

More than 1 million letters from 700 mailboxes were transferred. Which amounted to about 500 GB of postal base. The performance of the new mail service has been successfully tested, full technical support of users has been provided.

As a result:

• Migration was carried out almost imperceptibly for users, without stopping business processes;
• All user data has been transferred - mail messages, contacts, calendars;
• Thanks to the functionality of the new system, a full-fledged replacement of the usual platform was obtained;
• Anti-virus and anti-spam protection was configured;
• The customer's system administrators have been trained;
• Technical support of the project continues after implementation.
