The Maxima Group of Companies has created a unified intelligent system for monitoring and controlling the state of transport infrastructure facilities. The Russian development provides monitoring of the condition of bridges and warns of deviations in real time. The developer announced this on October 1, 2024.

According to data, 7% of Ministry of Transport Russia bridges countries are in emergency and pre-emergency condition. At the same time, their condition is still assessed once a month and in manual mode, which does not provide proper control over the safety of bridge structures and increases repair costs.

The automated solution from Maxima Group provides continuous monitoring, prompt collection and processing of data on geodetic, dynamic, deformation and other parameters of building structures. Weather factors, soil condition, car traffic are taken into account. The result is the detection of critical changes with the localization of hazardous areas at the earliest stage. The system also provides four channels for prompt communication about risks and emergencies.

The solution is intended for organizations that are responsible for the operation, repair and safety of bridge structures. A pilot project for testing the solution in real conditions was the Bridges of Russia system for the MBU MO Mosavtodor. The system was put into operation in September 2024. It records each violation of sensor thresholds on the bridge structure in real time and sends appropriate alerts.

The complex analyzes and predicts the depreciation of structures on bridges using Moscow region the collected statistical. data This allows responsible persons to respond to critical situations in a timely manner, make decisions on repairs or restrictions.

The solution is equipped with additional security measures. Thus, the video analytics subsystem allows you to detect abandoned objects and unauthorized persons in a closed area, monitor the performance of work, record acts of vandalism and violations of traffic rules.

The safety of movement on the bridge directly depends on its condition. But often road services do not have an operational picture of what is happening to the bridge. As long as the scan data is entered into the computer, the situation may change dramatically. It happens that electricity is not connected to the bridge, there is no documentation for the structure, or it is impossible to stop traffic during the work. This, of course, at the initial stage makes it difficult to implement the system. But in the end, a self-learning automated system takes the operation of bridge structures to a new level and ensures cost optimization. The roadmap for the development of the solution includes the connection of additional predictive models learning from weather data, traffic data and other influencing factors, which will expand the range of processes for which the solution will be useful, - said Svetlana Spirina, head of the sector of innovative projects at Maxima Group of Companies.
