2024: Introduction of Talarix MES system at recycling plant

The direction of meat processing includes not only the production of finished products, but also related production. During the production of meat products, a large amount of organic waste is formed: unused parts of carcasses, slaughtered sick cattle, marriage, expired products.

The management of Tambovsky Bacon LLC has launched a plant for the disposal of non-food waste, which is formed during the slaughter of animals and at livestock sites. It was decided to use the TALARIX MES system functionality to automate production metering and the raw material acceptance process at the disposal plant.

Thanks to the capabilities of the system, the following were automated:

• Article weighting and recording of weighting results in the system
• generation of production documents on the depersonalization of incoming raw materials (document "Cutting") on the basis of receipt documents;
• execution of 100% documents reflecting the operational production accounting of the disposal plant;
• obtaining the actual weight of incoming raw materials, manufactured and shipped technological semi-finished products and finished products using commercial metering devices and data collection terminals;
• registration of laboratory data on meat-and-bone flour in the information system and automatic determination of flour grade depending on indicators.

The introduction of TALARIX MES allowed accurate accounting of incoming raw materials based on data from car scales, monitoring production processes and analyzing their results.
