2024: Hotel completed for $ ₽2 billion

On October 7, 2024, it became known about the completion of the construction of a hotel complex with elements of roadside service at the exit from the city of Krasnokamsk, Perm Territory. The project, implemented by the Delta group of companies, is estimated at ₽2 billion and includes a multi-fuel gas station, hotel, store, cafe, dining room, tire fitting and car wash.

According to Kommersant, the first part of the complex, including a multi-fuel gas station, has already been put into operation. Co-owner of Delta Group Elshan Huseynov said that from mid-October 2024, the gas station will begin work in full.

The second stage of construction, which includes a hotel and additional roadside service facilities, is planned to be completed by November 2024. This part of the complex will include a hotel, a Pyaterochka store, an Alendvik group cafe, a canteen chain, a car wash and tire fitting.

The project is being implemented by Parma Roads LLC, specially created for this construction. Initially, the initiative was part of a larger project for the construction of a multi-format logistics complex, which was carried out by Invest Stroy LLC, which is part of the Delta group of companies.

At the end of 2022, the project received the status of "priority investment." The complex is located on a strategically important site - near the M-7 federal highway, at the exit from Krasnokamsk. In addition to the already built facilities, it is planned to include a class "A" warehouse with an area of ​ ​ 40 thousand square meters. m.

The hotel, which is part of the complex, is designed for 20 rooms. This will provide comfortable accommodation for travelers and drivers of freight transport following the federal highway.

Completion of all work on the project is scheduled for the end of 2025.^[1]
