The mobile complex of blood harvesting developed by NPP Rubin (part of Roselectronics) is made on the basis of an intercity bus instead of large-sized trailers used for October 2024. This allows it to be used in urban development and rural settlements. In addition, this design allows the transport of up to eight medical personnel who will carry out blood sampling. In a trailer or trailer, it is prohibited to transport people in Russia at the legislative level.

The complex is divided into three functional zones.
