Interatlantik Group completed development of methodology of financial accounting and started an automation stage

Intalev Group completed a methodological part of the project on setting and automation of a budgeting system in the Interatlantik Group which is engaged in production and sales of semi-finished products from fish and seafood.

The project started three months ago. Today the project team consisting of consultants of the implementation company and the customer's specialists completed a stage of setting of budget management and management accounting which result was a methodology developed taking into account specifics of business and features of holding structure and also regulatory documents, including regulations on management accounting and the reporting, registers and analysts, a financial structure, budgets and the financial and economic analysis.

Based on a project team the Competence Center which tasks include embedding happening in the growing company of changes in the created management system is created.

Automation of the developed system of financial management should become the next stage of development of the project. For the choice of the software product, most suitable for these purposes, at the enterprise the internal tender was held. The possibility of its combination with already existing accounting module supporting operational accounting at the enterprise was one of requirements to new software.
