Employees of "HEMOJENIX" studied in detail a foreign analogue, having dealt with its internal device and the materials used in its manufacture. Domestic analogues were selected, 3D-scanning of the valve parts was carried out, their computer models were built, then converted into drawings.

Based on the developed design documentation, prototypes of the valve were manufactured, which were tested as part of an automatic blood extractor.
