System implementation of payroll and personnel records on the platform of 1C in division of JSC "Russian Railways" - locomotive economy of SZhD was performed by Microtest company.

Result

As a result of project implementation the Locomotive economy of the Sverdlovsk railroad received the single system of payroll and personnel records considering requirements of JSC "Russian Railways" holding.

A number of indicators is improved:

• speed of accomplishment of many functional tasks (execution of personnel documents, obtaining the reporting) increased;
• the transparency of accounting, quality of work of staff of HR departments, settlement department increased;
• considerably the speed of providing data in a corporate information system increased.
