TESS (1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the construction organization)

The project of automation of conducting accounting and tax accounting on the basis of industry solution "1C: Management of construction organization 8" in JSC Tyumenyenergosetservice it is implemented with the assistance of Microtest company.

Project Tasks

Cost reduction of the enterprise due to increase in transparency of accounting, increase in controllability capital assets of the company, control of money, accelerations of accounting processes and formation of reporting data became a project objective on development and deployment of an automated system of accounting and tax accounting.

The management of JSC TESS determined the following tasks:

• lower labor costs of financial and accounting services due to automation of routine transactions at accounting and reporting;
• provide top management of the enterprise with reliable and operational information about structure and value of costs, a status of fixed assets, materials, the equipment, balances in cash for timely acceptance of management decisions;
• consolidate the financial and economic information arriving from regional branches;
• automate transactions of fixed asset movement, materials, receivables between branches;
• enter the unified techniques of collecting, calculation, the analysis and providing credentials, uniform for all divisions;
• adjust effective control of the actual execution of budgets of the enterprise and the operating plan of cash flow.

Project

For project implementation the product " was taken 1C: Management of construction organization 8". The contractor of the project - Microtest company.

During the project Microtest company:

• the base of standard economic transactions of TESS branches of JSC is created;
• procedural procedures for key sections of accounting and tax accounting are developed;
• formation of the regulated reporting according to accepted standards is implemented;
• uniform management of NSI in holding is developed;
• accounting of taxes on the tax inspections by territorial subjects of the federation is organized;
• the module of accounting of bills of exchange and the credits is developed;
• the system of internal settlements between branches is developed.

Project milestones

At the first stage of the project experts Microtest developed functionality and held testing of the solution in head enterprise and one branch.

After a successful completion of this stage express replication of the solution on other branches of JSC "TESS" was carried out: within one month – on two branches, and within the next month – on the remained four branches.

Results

Automation of accounting and tax accounting as a result allowed JSC TESS to achieve the following results:

• obtain reliable information about a status of own and leased fixed assets, assets and liabilities, materials;
• calculate job cost at the central office by branches;
• analyze settlement with partners by types of settlement;
• prepare the regulated reporting meeting Russian accounting standards;
• keep uniform tax accounting for the company;
• receive necessary analytics on economic transactions by uniform cost items within all holding;
• plan cost value of construction and repair work;
• manage costs of the enterprise;
• control and plan cash flows, being based on inventory data of economic transactions.
• achieve transparency and controllability of accounting at all enterprises of holding;
• receive the tool of the analysis of activity of the company;
• reduce terms of preparation of the reporting.
