In Sistema-Invest company the project of creation of the IC of financial planning on the basis of software 1C: Consolidation 8 is complete. As the partner in the project the Microtest company acted.
Project Tasks
Process optimization of collecting, processing and analysis of large volume of various financial and economic information delivered company management before need of initiation of the project of creation of the unified information system providing financial planning and conducting treasurer functions in group.
The main project tasks:
- cutting of costs for preparation of the corporate reporting;
- gain of control over processes of preparation and accomplishment of the financial plan;
- unification of the financial information arriving from the enterprises of group;
- increase in degree of reliability, transparency and security of the integrated and processed financial information;
- control automation by financial flows of the subsidiary dependent companies.
Solution
The Microtest company and the solution based on the product "1C: Consolidation 8" were selected based on the held competition.
The project of creation of a system of the centralized treasury for A System — Invest management company and the enterprises of BashTEK was separated into two stages for the purpose of increase in controllability of the project and decrease in investments:
- solution development in a pilot zone of the project;
- replication of the received system on all enterprises of holding.
At the first stage process of collecting and processing of requirements of the customer to a system on the basis of which the single solution based on "1C: Consolidation 8" including was developed was carried out:
- subsystem of financial planning - for ensuring process of drawing up the financial plan from management of requests before obtaining the approved consolidated plan;
- subsystem of the Centralized Treasury - for ensuring process of preparation and carrying out the payments (entering, outgoing, intra group) from requests before fixing of the bank statement;
- analytical subsystem – for preparation of the management reporting.
At a pilot stage more than 20 employees are connected to the system of financial planning.
After completion of testing and the beginning of trial operation the solution is replicated on the enterprises of group. The total quantity of users of a system based on the second stage of the project made more than 100 people.
Result
Project implementation allowed group to pass to uniform methodology of financial planning and cash management of holding.
Use of the received system based on "1C: Consolidation" allowed:
- reduce labor costs by maintaining financial statements;
- automate the system of financial control of treasurer transactions of the subsidiary dependent companies from management company;
- there was an opportunity to control and manage process of financial planning;
- reduce losses and lost profits due to rational regulation of financial resources, limitations of expenses, managements of the payment schedule and settlement;
- create multi-layer system of business management on the basis of the analysis of all complex of financial and economic indicators with the minimum labor input and time;
- provide integrity of activity of group, an opportunity to quickly be guided and rebuild business according to changes in internal (organizational structure, resources, etc.) and the external environment (market).
