2019: How to involve managers in the selection process: Zdravservice experience

What they faced

In 2018, Zdravservice faced the task of making the selection process transparent and convenient for all businesses. We started with automation using e-staff, which helped digitize the document flow, but the problems remained: we had to work with 200-300 vacancies per month, applications in different formats, and customers did not have access to information about the selection process. There were also difficulties in coordinating and making changes to the system.

What did you do?

For the solution, we implemented the e-staff customer interface, which made the selection process transparent and efficient. The system was tested for two months, and since 2019 it has been operating at full capacity. The main settings were made without attracting additional resources.

  • Notify customers of the new system.
  • Create logins and passwords to access the system.
  • Development of a special course with video for training and instructions with screenshots.
  • Create three types of workflow for different businesses.

Customers can now easily track requests, make changes, approve them, or return them for revision. The process has become transparent: customers know what happens to each application, receive notifications and can leave comments.

Results

The interaction between recruiters and customers has improved, the selection process has become coordinated and transparent, which has led to savings in time and resources.
