2023: How to establish communication channels with candidates and not miss anyone

What they faced

Lanta Talent Solutions is focused on improving customer and candidate experience, strengthening the brand, and maintaining effective communication with the target audience.

Major difficulties included underutilization of candidate communication channels, manual data management, and lack of automation, which reduced performance and increased the risk of candidate loss. The company set the task of automating selection, reducing search time and increasing the transparency of analytics.

What did you do?

The first step was to update the scheme of interaction with candidates.

After analyzing the current channels and preferences of the candidates, Lanta developed new platforms: corporate chats, blogs, forums and social networks, and also improved its website. These changes were supported by advertising integrations and feedback, and channels were differentiated for different categories of candidates (junior, middle, senior and top managers).

The next step is to automate processes using e-staff.

All candidate data is now stored in one place, improving control of each recruitment phase and allowing 30% of candidates to be returned from the old system. Automation of routine tasks, such as sending letters and collecting responses, saved 200 hours a month, and process analytics helps make operational decisions.
