According to the terms of reference, the winning company must have a license to carry out physical protection of the fuel and energy complex facilities. Particular attention is paid to equipping guards with portable means of detecting and neutralizing unmanned aerial vehicles.

The technical requirements for anti-drone equipment provide for the ability to suppress remote control signals UAV at frequencies of 720-1120 MHz with an effective range of at least 150 meters. The devices must act directly on the drone control panels.

The selected systems are of the type of active electronic suppression that block communication between the drone and the operator. In case of loss of control, the drone is forced to land. Such portable devices are called electronic guns.

In addition to active suppression systems, there are passive complexes that only track the appearance of UAVs in the radio frequency spectrum. They allow you to determine the location of both the drones themselves and their operators for further countermeasures.

A separate category is laser protection systems that can disable the electronics of drones by direct action. Such complexes are most effective when operating at low altitudes and in conditions of limited visibility.[1]
