Automation of a management system for packing packing machines of meat processing plant

The management system for the equipment will be created based on components of the known manufacturing companies:

• HMI (human-computer interface) of the Simatic series and frequency transformers Siemens Micromaster;
• perekladchik, servo actuators and pneumoautomatic equipment of Festo company;
• Avery Dennison printers applicators;
• hand scanners of a barcode Symbol;
• photosensors of Sick company;
• starting and protective equipment of electric equipment of ABB company;
• and other components.

Easy in operation and a system, convenient for users, will meet all requirements of the plant on control of packing packing machines. The intuitive interface and simple configuring of devices of the human-computer interface using all standard Windows mechanisms will be developed for operators. In a system the powerful graphics editor allowing to execute fast and convenient preparation of screen images will be implemented.

The project provides integration of a management system for packing packing machines into the existing engineering dispatching system of the plant created based on Siemens WinCC SCADA system. In which technology data will be are displayed not only in the mode of "real time", but to be archived. By the PCS of machines it will also be integrated to the system of traceability existing at the plant.

As Dimitriyenko Alexey, the technical director "Namip Industry solutions" noted: "The management system for packing packing machines will allow the plant to increase performance and to reduce engineering operating costs of the equipment. In this project we perform not only implementation services of an information system, but also we design the equipment of packing packing machines according to technical specifications of the plant, including the software for a PLC and a panel of the operator. In plans of our company implementation of similar projects at other plants on production of meat, sausages, meat products and birds on the OEM model".
