2024: Partner of the ex-governor of Primorye became co-owner of the Dream restaurant

Dmitry Martynov, partner of the ex-governor of Primorsky Krai Sergei Darkin, became a co-owner of the Dream restaurant in the center of Moscow. This became known in October 2024 from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

According to RBC, Dmitry Martynov acquired a 50% stake in Cafe Dream LLC, becoming one of the founders. In addition to Martynov, among the co-owners of the restaurant are Irina Karnaukh and Nikita Tyrtyshnikov, who own 25% of the shares each. Tyrtyshnikov is also Martynov's partner in other projects related to transport and logistics activities.

Dmitry Martynov was previously a co-owner of the Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port (Vladmorrybport) and was on the list of 100 richest entrepreneurs in Primorye according to Vostok-Media in 2020, taking 75th place. His business is concentrated in the areas of port services, sea and road freight.

In the building of the restaurant "Dream" on Sadovnicheskaya Street, with a total area of ​ ​ 503 square meters. m, previously there was a club of one of the oldest textile enterprises in Russia - Krasnokholmsky Kamvol plant. The mansion was built in 1883 and at the beginning of the 20th century was used as a tenement house. In subsequent years, it became part of the infrastructure of the textile mill, and later the Aurora business park. The building is rented by the Dream restaurant, and the lease agreement is valid until the end of 2029, which is confirmed by the USRN data.

2020-2023

In October 2020, according to the SPARK-Interfax service, the main share in Cafe Dream LLC belonged to Irina Rombalskaya. In subsequent years, the composition of the owners changed - in 2021, Victoria Bannikova, Andrei Klimov and Inessa Eroshenkova appeared among the co-owners, but in September 2022 Irina Rombalskaya again increased her share to 62.5%.[1]
