2024: Move to EXpress messenger

Starting in 2022, many companies in both the public and private sectors faced the fact that foreign messengers and corporate communication platforms began to leave the Russian market. Non-bank credit organization "Mobile Card" (operates under the brand "UNIFIED TSUPIS") has solved the problem of transferring corporate communications to a domestic platform by choosing eXpress. This "Mobile Card" reported on October 24, 2024.

The project for the introduction of the Russian communication platform was completed by the customer in the summer of 2024. 500 employees of the company became users of the eXpress application. The system integrator and provider of solutions in the field of information security, infrastructure, business applications, custom development and artificial intelligence Wone IT organized the product implementation process.

The customer was looking for a replacement for foreign solutions that are standard for large business, Russian software that would allow employees to safely communicate while maintaining business-critical information in the company's contour. At the same time, the platform was supposed to be included in the register of domestic software and have the functionality that employees are used to:

  • messenger with chats, channels, threads and an interface familiar to users for effective communication within the company,
  • Real-time file sharing and significantly faster than e-mail
  • paired and group calls with the ability to share the screen and record the meeting.

Information security was an important choice factor for the customer. The enterprise platform eXpress fully met the information security requirements of the company, since the solution has built-in data protection mechanisms. The product provides safe interaction both within the company and with contractors and partners who have eXpress installed.

The transition to this platform has already provided the customer with increased data protection and anticipated his expectations. In particular, for effective working communication, employees received convenient opportunities that were not in Telegram. In the future for 2025, the UNIFIED CUPIS is considering the launch of chat bots to automate routine tasks and testing SmartApps mini-applications for integration with corporate systems and services as part of the eXpress superapp.
