Department of Health of the Bryansk Region transferred 61 medical organizations to Russian - IT development. The main goal of the project is to provide medical workers of the Bryansk region with standard protected AWS based on the domestic RED OS operating system. There was also a need to modernize and expand the existing AWS base with the adaptation of specialized software.

The project was implemented in several stages:

  • In 2020, the Bryansk region was provided with 4733 jobs based on RED OS from RED SOFT, and 2600 jobs were transferred to RED OS;
  • In 2021, an additional 1,074 typical jobs were delivered;
  • In 2023, the Bryansk region received 1,453 automated jobs. 2500 jobs were additionally transferred to RED OS;
  • In 2024, it is planned to complete the migration of IT infrastructures to RED OS for MIAC servers and healthcare institutions of the Bryansk region.

RED SOFT has developed a project for a standard automated workplace for a medical employee, which includes the necessary tools for solving professional problems.

The compatibility of the specialized, software part of the typical workplace was confirmed. In particular, medical information system Med-Complit is stably operating on the basis of RED OS, which is used to automate processes in medical and preventive institutions, including a geographically distributed pre-appointment center. Typical workplaces are equipped with cryptographic information protection Cryptomissile defense and 4U facilities. ViPNet Client These software suites protect workplaces and sensitive information stored on devices.

As of October 2024, medical organizations of the Bryansk region operate in a common digital circuit on the basis of a unified state information system health care ().
