2024: Launch of an industrial page for insurance of legal entities

Digital integrator QSOFT has developed and launched an industrial page for insurance of legal entities in the company Zetta Insurance JSC. Qsoft announced this on October 30, 2024. This tool was created in 1 month and provided users with the opportunity to independently issue or cancel insurance policies online without the need to contact operators. This greatly simplified the insurance process and reduced the burden on the company's employees, and the total time to obtain a policy is now only 3 minutes instead of 1 hours, as it was earlier.

Taking out insurance is a legal procedure that often involves numerous documents and complex language. That is why the QSOFT team paid special attention to storytelling, explaining the conditions in an accessible language in a simple interface, which allowed users to easily navigate the process of receiving the service.

In addition, QSOFT has developed functionality that offers customers the ability to automatically fill fields based on the entered data, reducing the number of errors. For example, when you enter a TIN, the company name is automatically pulled up, speeding up design and reducing the likelihood of customers leaving the page. And the calculator built into the landing helps to quickly calculate the final cost of insurance.

Thanks to the ability to dynamically scale and reuse functionality, the cost of new developments has decreased by 30-50%. In addition, the promo page can be integrated with other products of the company, adapting it to future projects.

Since the launch of the landing, more than 15,000 representatives of small, medium and large businesses have already used the new service, and the number of calls to client managers for registration of the policy has decreased by 5%.

We have deeply studied the specifics of the client's business and jointly worked out all aspects of the promotional page to obtain insurance policies by legal entities. As a result, the insurance process has become faster and more convenient, which significantly reduced the number of users who left the page, increased conversion and reduced business costs, said Vitaly Chesnokov, CEO of QSOFT.

It was important for us to make the process of applying for a policy as simple and convenient as possible so that users could do without the help of an operator. With the new landing, customers independently purchase insurance in a matter of minutes, with a minimum number of steps, which speeds up the process and reduces the likelihood of entering incorrect data, - said the project manager from the customer, Mikhail Stepashin.
