2024: Annual profit growth 2 times to ₽2,5 billion

According to the results of 2024, the Zetta Insurance group doubled its net profit, bringing the figure to ₽2,5 billion. The company's insurance fees rose 11% to ₽24,5 billion, according to industry accounting standards (OSBU) reporting data released in mid-March 2025.

According to the Insurance News Agency, the bulk of the group's business in 2024 fell on non-life insurance (insurance other than life insurance), fees in this area amounted to ₽22,4 billion. The corporate segment developed most intensively: the volume of premiums for liability and cargo insurance increased by 38% in each of these areas.

Zetta Insurance doubled its annual net profit

The insurer showed significant growth in the voluntary health insurance (VHI) segment. Fees for this type of insurance amounted to ₽8,2 billion, which is 22% more than in 2023. This is the maximum indicator of the group over the past four years.

In 2024, Zetta Insurance actively developed innovative insurance products. The company was the first among Russian insurers to offer genetic checks and a health management program for the ZaHealthy Lifestyle team in addition to the classic VHI, and also introduced a digital accelerated billing solution for agents and brokers.

The group also restarted sales of life insurance, increasing fees in this segment by 86%, to ₽2,1 billion. During the year, Zetta Life Insurance launched investment products on the market with income from the dynamics of the index or currency of friendly countries, as well as programs with the ability to regularly monitor health and promptly treat dangerous diseases in Russia and abroad.

The company actively developed cooperation with banks, financial and bigtech companies, implementing non-standard insurance projects in the areas of real estate, logistics and ridtech. In 2024, Zetta Insurance also joined the digital cargo insurance platform using Zunami blockchain technologies.[1]

2023: Closing a deal to buy Allianz's Russian assets

On May 18, 2023, it became known that the transaction announced a year ago to sell a controlling stake in the Russian division of the German insurer Allianz to the shareholder Zetta Insurance (formerly Zurich) was closed. Now both companies will operate under the Zetta Insurance brand.

Zetta Insurance LLC (formerly SK Zurich LLC) is one of the TOP-20 largest insurers in Russia. The company has been present on the domestic market since 1993, provides more than 90 insurance and reinsurance programs, has over 100 points of sale, 3,500 agents in more than 150 settlements of Russia.
