ROSNO Group of Companies is one of the largest insurance groups in Russia. It includes the universal federal insurance company OJSC SK ROSNO and its subsidiaries: OJSC ROSNO-MS, OJSC PK ROSNO Center, SZAO Medexpress, OJSC Alliance ROSNO Asset Management and ODO Allianz Ukraine.

The controlling stake in ROSNO is owned by Allianz New Europe Holding GMBH (99.4%), a division of the leading international insurer Allianz SE, uniting companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

OJSC SK ROSNO was established in 1991 and is one of the largest Russian universal insurance companies. Its clients have more than 130 types of voluntary and compulsory insurance. The regional network of ROSNO has 88 branches, united on a territorial basis in 8 directorates, and 383 agencies in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The audit of ROSNO according to international standards is carried out by the international audit company KPMG. ROSNO has a policy of transparency for clients, partners and shareholders. In 1996, the company completed the transition to international accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS). And in 2006, ROSNO became the first insurance company in the Russian market to publicly present the results of its activities on the basis of international standards.

ROSNO is one of the leaders of the Russian insurance market in terms of capitalization. The company's capital consists of 100% equity capital, which provides additional financial reliability and sustainability. Authorized capital - 5 124 802 320 rubles. 2007: Allianz gets control in SK ROSNO

In July 2001, Allianz acquired a 45.47% stake in ROSNO, and in 2007 became its main shareholder, thereby significantly expanding its presence in the Russian market.
