2024: Delivery of X-ray apparatus NIPK "Electron"
A new X-ray apparatus NIPK "Electron" was admitted to the Olekminsk Central District Hospital. It is able to perform a variety of radiological examinations, as well as instantly produce high-quality images, which significantly increases the throughput of the cabinet. This was reported on October 31, 2024 by the newspaper Olekma.
The equipment was installed within the framework of the primary health care modernization program of the Healthcare project.
The device is a digital complex that can perform a wide range of X-ray studies. If the old equipment took time to develop the image, on the new one we instantly receive a high-quality image, which significantly increased the throughput of the cabinet. We can do 40 X-rays a day, and earlier - 20-25, while pictures can be obtained in several projections. The universal digital X-ray complex allows you to work both in the standing and lying positions and even at an inclination, which is very convenient for various injuries, etc. A serious plus is that the radiation load on the patient has been reduced on this equipment, "said Alena Kurganova, head of the radiation diagnostics department of the Olekminskaya Central Regional Hospital, radiologist. |
The doctor can look at the pictures on the computer, if desired, you can also print the image, since the device has a built-in printer. Once the lab assistant has captured and the doctor has described the study, the images are immediately uploaded to the central X-ray image archive.
If necessary, the digital image can be re-examined, forwarded, stored as a regular computer file, used for remote consultation, comparison of the disease in dynamics, etc. This helps to improve the quality of diagnosis, ensure timely and effective treatment.
This equipment also has the ability to conduct fluoroscopy - this is a radiological diagnostic method that allows you to receive an image in real time[1].
