The plant "Choice-OBD" completed the transition from "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" to the "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" platform. This was announced by the First Bit on November 1, 2024.

The main goals of the project were to automate processes, improve the analysis of order fulfillment and increase the speed of obtaining information.

The transition to this solution made it possible to significantly optimize business processes, improve the quality of management reporting and reduce the time required to complete routine tasks.

The project was implemented by the Voronezh office of the integrator of effective IT solutions "First Bit."

The company "CHOICE" develops unique technologies of space-block house building, which requires high speed and accuracy in accounting and management. The existing accounting system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" (1S:UPP) did not cope with the requirements. Manual accounting, lack of relevant data and difficulties with reporting interfered with the prompt adoption of management decisions.

The most critical thing for us in the old system was the inconsistency 1S:UPP the current forms of regulated accounting and reporting. For some blocks, accounting was carried out manually, for some - with violations. Part of the final financial statements was manually ruled, which increased labor costs when submitting reports to the responsible departments. It was necessary to introduce a modern comprehensive accounting automation system, and 1C:ERP became an excellent solution for our situation, "said Larisa Lvovna Shevchenko, chief accountant of VYBO-OBD LLC.

The project was implemented in just four months thanks to the active involvement of the "CHOICE" team and the division of tasks between the team of the "First Bit" IT integrator and the customer's employees. As a result, a highly efficient solution architecture was created that combined all divisions of the plant.

Among the significant results of the project are obtaining information on financial and economic activities online, automating reporting, updating data on raw materials and materials, as well as reducing labor costs for the purchase and processing of information. The introduction of this system allowed the client to reduce the time for receiving management and regulated reporting by 50%, as well as increase profits by 10%, "said Dmitry Kushchev, project manager at First Bit in Voronezh.
