Education

Rostislav Zablotsky graduated from the Novosibirsk Medical Institute in 1996. From 1996 to 1997, he underwent an internship at the Novosibirsk Municipal Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital No. 3, specializing in Pediatric Surgery.

Career

1997-2005

Since 1997, he worked as an orthopedic traumatologist in this medical institution. In 2005, he was appointed head of the profile department. In 2007, he headed the children's emergency hospital. He is the chief pediatrician of the Novosibirsk region.

2007-2020

On November 20, 2007, he was appointed chief physician of the Novosibirsk Municipal Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital No. 3. In 2010, the hospital was renamed the "City Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital."

In 2020, Rostislav Zablotsky in the competition "The Best Doctor of the Novosibirsk Region" became the winner in the nomination "The Best Head of a Medical Organization."

2024: Appointment as the head of the Ministry of Health of the Rostov Region

In November 2024, it was announced the appointment of Rostislav Zablotsky as the new head of the Ministry of Health of the Rostov Region. Previously, for 17 years he led the team of the children's emergency hospital.

The previous Minister of Health of the Rostov Region Konstantin Khalzov, departments since 2018, in September 2024 became Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region. In this position, he oversees the activities of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, and also monitors the implementation of specialized national projects.
