2024: Digital Production Twin Completed
SberMobile has completed the first project to create a digital production twin. The company announced this on November 6, 2024. The solution works on the basis of the Internet of Things platform SberMobile AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) and combines the key production and digital assets of the plant into a single situation and analytical center.
A single digital production environment allows you to monitor the operation of equipment in real time, predict the occurrence of problems and the schedule of preventive and repair work, instantly respond to the occurrence of emergency situations and more effectively manage the production process. The product will be most in demand among companies from the segments of agriculture, food and processing industries. The solution is assembled for the tasks of a specific enterprise from various ready-made modules. This allows you to accelerate the deployment process while making the solution scalable and as flexible as possible.
The first major client was the Blago group of companies. SberMobile has created a unified digital environment at an oil extraction plant in the village of Verkhnyaya Khava in the Voronezh region, which processes up to a thousand tons of sunflower seeds per day. The project allows the company to save more than 50 million rubles a year.
The platform monitors the operation of equipment in real time and deals with complex calculations for the ERP system of the plant. In the event of an abnormal situation - for example, in the event of equipment failure or abnormal operation - the system automatically notifies responsible persons and provides procedures for actions from the knowledge base. Light-signal columns are installed in the workshops, which warn employees about dangerous incidents. Changing service processes allows you to solve problems more quickly. Information panels displaying key indicators of production lines appeared on the aisles, in the offices of managers and in the control rooms.
The introduction of a single digital environment at the plant paid off in just nine months. The Blago company plans to extend the solution to other production sites in the Rostov and Omsk regions, Krasnodar and Altai Territories, as well as use additional modules of the SberMobile AIoT platform to predict possible equipment breakdowns and identify defects in raw materials and products using artificial intelligence.
