The call center of medical network "Dobrobut" works round the clock seven days a week. Communication with city network is performed through flows of E1, the SIP line and by means of SIP GSM gateways. In addition to standard opportunities of the Oktell platform, in Call center the following tasks are used: - acceptance of incoming calls on the set algorithms; - outgoing calls to clients who did not wait for connection with the operator; - calls reminders to clients about making an appointment with the doctor and to other events; - a task "emergency aid" which allows the client to spend as little as possible time for connection with service of emergency aid.
All tasks work independently, accurately executing necessary business processes. In the work the Call center uses SMS services. The IT division of Telsvit company carried out integration of Oktell with Oracle DBMS.
