TopLogistic

The TopLogistic system allows to optimize activities for cargo delivery in the large city or the region, to carry out planning, the accounting and control of the processes connected with shipment and delivery, to reduce costs for delivery, to increase customer service quality, to provide reliability of work of all logistic complex.

"TopLogistic" is completed with the module GPS monitoring for control in real time of transport and record of routes of moving to archive. It allows to compare a planned and actual run of cars.

A system provides:

• automation of works on distribution of orders by cars;
• the automated calculation of delivery routes of orders;
• visualization of the addresses and delivery routes on the electronic card;
• formation of an optimal order of a detour of points of delivery with a possibility of its change.

A system uses for calculations:

• the database of motor transport with characteristics of each car;
• the database of points of delivery with the addresses tied to the card;
• the database of customer orders with quantity characteristics.

A system calculates:

• the planned gasoline consumption, run, operating time of each car, arrival time on each point of delivery, the planned costs;
• the need for cars for ensuring delivery.

A system considers:

• working time of each car;
• restrictions on quantity of points of delivery for cars;
• duration of unloading of the order in a delivery point;
• possibility of an entrance of cars of a certain type to a delivery point;
• zone principle of formation of orders.

A system is completed:

• module of work with the card;
• detailed maps of the cities and regions of Russia and neighboring countries;
• the monitoring module GPS with a possibility of on-line of control of location of the car and receiving the plan/fact of delivery routes;

A system allows to edit on the card and to consider when laying routes:

• road and sign situation for different categories of motor transport;
• average speed of the movement on specific sites of streets and roads.

Reports and documents:

• route sheets and routes of the movement for each car;
• summary documents and reports on clients, orders;
• reports on results of routing;
• reports on the template set by the user.

Integration with external systems:

• export and import of data via files, independent of a specific system;
• accounting, warehouse, finance, etc.;
