The A3 system (created in the spring of 2010) allows you to make regular payments online anytime and anywhere. The A3 system allows you to pay for the entire package of utilities in 35 largest cities of the country, find out the debt from traffic police fines and pay them online, as well as pay for mobile communications, telephony, the Internet and television throughout the country.

The company A3 implemented services that allow:

  • receive information about the current debt of the payer for housing and communal services and transmit meter readings online. In the A3 System, it is possible to send notifications to the payer about new bills for housing and communal services;
  • receive information on traffic police fines from the Federal Treasury base and send information on paid fines to the GIS GPM.

The company has A3 implemented projects of several payment portals and works with leading payment platforms, retail chains, utility companies and management companies.

A3 system

The A3 system accepts the cards of the largest payment systems Visa and Master Card.

Since the beginning of 2011, the System A3 launched in 20 large regions of the country (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Voronezh, Tatarstan, Sochi, etc.). In these cities, you can pay a wide range of services, receive electronic bills for housing and communal services, instantly pay for them, and also watch the debt on utility bills.

In other cities of the country, using the A3 System, you can pay for mobile communications, pay TV and services of the largest Internet providers.

In 2012, the A3 System planned to launch online payment services for housing and communal services in 50 regions of the country, as well as develop new areas, such as online payment of traffic police fines and kindergartens.
