Altan

TD ALTAN is part of a non-state holding structure uniting large enterprises of the Altai Territory: OJSC Pospelikhinsky Combine of Bread Products, LLC Pospelikhinsky Pasta Factory, LLC Trading House ALTAN. The company specializes in deep processing of hard wheat varieties and the production of pasta under the brand name "Granmulino." The volume of production for November 2024 is almost 4 thousand tons of pasta per month, bakery flour and pasta - up to 165 tons per day.

2025: GAP "Resource" bought TD "Altan"

The largest poultry meat producer in Russia, RZK Resource (the structure of the Resource group of agricultural enterprises of Viktor Nauruzov), became the owner of 100% of the shares of Altan TD, a producer of flour and pasta Granmulino. The corresponding entry was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in December 2025. This is the second change of ownership in six months: in June 2025, the former owner of the Altan TD Valery Pokornyak left the capital, his share was received by Galina Maganova. The adviser in the transaction from the seller was the investment bank Unicorn, indicated on the bank's website.^[1]
